I lead my work with relentlessly curiosity and empathy, always digging beneath the surface to understand how things function and why they function the way they do. Whilst Service Design is my primary focus, my skillset extends across various design disciples, including UX, Digital and Graphic Design enabling me to approach design challenges from multiple angles.

How I do it

  • Approaching every problem with an open mindset, I make sure that I design with all users in mind. Using methodologies such as co-design & co-creation, researching and testing with diverse user groups and designing for multi-channel experiences, we can build better, more inclusive products and services together.

  • Driven by tenacious curiosity and unconventional thinking, I like to find out why things are the way there are and how we can make them better. Approaching my work this way leads to creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.

  • Simply put, improving people’s lives is at the heart of what I do and this is what drives my work. Whether that be via better communication, a new multi-channel experience or uncovering new insights, I always strive to make a positive impact in my work.
