About me
Based in Dundee, Scotland, I’m a freelance multi-disciplinary designer working primarily in Service Design. My work spans various areas of design including Service Design, Visual Design & Digital Design. I work with clients from all across the UK and sometimes further!
I started off my career as a graphic designer before exploring other sectors of design which inspired me to bring together my passion for graphic design with user-centric design disciplines. Powered by a curiosity and a drive to make things better, I always look to go beyond the surface in my work and to find out more about how things work, why they work like they do, and how we can make them better.
I love getting my hands on tough problems and solving them. I have experience working in design in both the public and private sector. I care about user-centred design principles and collaboration and enjoy sharing my passion for these.
Why do I do what I do?
Simply put, I want to make the world a better place through better designed things. I care about well designed services, products and experiences that enhance people’s lives.
I am driven by my values and these are fundamental in how I approach my work, they are not only how I approach my work but also how I operate.
