Inputs

  • Not an awful lot really. It’s been a quiet week, but I think I’ve needed that. Spent a lot of this week spending time in the outdoors and reconnecting with folk in the area

  • Listened to lots of music, starting to get sick of my own playlists so I’ll need to find something new

Outputs

  • Getting ready to start looking for my next role after some down time, so got my CV—and other bits—in shape

Sidequests

  • Went on a wild hunt for insoles as I think that my sore foot was caused by poor support in various shoes. Turns out that was the case! After I sourced some, I got the walking bug back

  • Various encounters with my local NHS board, booking appointments for things. July is going to be the month of health as it seems!

Bugs

  • Booking NHS appointments. And NHS communications. I’ve got an appointment coming up which I’ve got to do quite a bit to prepare for beforehand and I’ve had to deal with information overload in the form of a large leaflet, with some pages scribbled out by hand, extra inserts and a letter. Surely there must be a better way to communicate some of this information?
