Not really many inputs in the last week, I’d been taking it easy as I needed some down time

Kicked off some work with a nearby local authority about understanding the experience of unpaid carers. Really excited about this work which is being led by Karen McNeill from Phronesis Partnership

Whilst waiting for an appointment in my local hospital I was yet again bamboozled by walls and walls of posters - information overload is real! Surely there is a better way to communicate some of this important stuff?

Disturbed late in the evening by my home’s burglar alarm beeping as the backup battery had failed. Even when you dismiss the warning, it stops beeping for a short period of time and you have to put the code in again. Oh, I’m sorry I don’t have a spare 12V 2.3Ah 177 x 35 x 67mm sealed lead acid battery to hand… Why on earth would you think it would be a good idea to program them to beep and beep because obviously the battery isn’t going to fail at 1pm on a Monday when places are open and you can buy a replacement?!
